I would want the base agility to stay the same and with this, you could gain additional agility, but of course you would have to pay for it with your SPs.

Training time would be hardly affected, only cost for skillbook. However, it would be logical (all capital ships have this skill) and it would be minor buff to freighters/JFs.

So many people whine against it, it's staggering. OP didn't ask for refund of SPs, just removing them. I agree, that would be nifty feature. But make it so that the total SPs do not get lower -> same clone costs. With that, I have zero problems...
